How to Get Tickets to The Polar Express™

Membership has its privileges! Members at the Brakeman ($100) level and above can bypass the ticket lottery and be able to purchase a select number of tickets at regular price. To ensure that all Members have a chance to participate, Members may purchase up to the number of tickets indicated for their membership level; they cannot purchase more than is allotted.

Once you become a Member at a select level, information will be sent to you in late summer so that you can choose your dates and departure location for your trip to the North Pole.

Members receive priority seating and scheduling. Every effort will be made to accommodate Members’ preferences but it is done on a first-come, first-served basis.

For Members joining between September –December, every effort will be made to get you on The Polar Express™ for this year. Please know, however, that the event is often sold out by the first week of November. If we are not able to get you on this year, you will be placed on the list for next year.

Due to the popularity of the event, tickets may not be refunded or exchanged.

Due to IRS limitations, tickets are not available to Members free of charge.
